This Valentine's Dance raised $1165 for Miss Taylor Brown!!!!

Saturday, February 25th-Telfair County 5 K Event. Kory and Kadie Smith are expecting multiple BABIES. A Community Wide Baby Shower will be held at 2:00 p.m. McRae Jaycees helped to publicize the event.
Over 100 people in the community attended this shower, along with WMAZ Channel 13 News out of Macon.

Saturday, February 25th-The McRae Jaycees sponsored the FIRST ANNUAL Telfair Idol to benefit Relay For Life
Over 260 people attended this First Annual Event. There were 18 acts that performed in 3 age groups-which included McRae Jaycee Children-Breanna LaFavor & Cody Smith; McRae Jaycee Management VP-Catherine Pope; and McRae Jaycee Member-Mike Young all competing!
$600 profit made with this event!!!!

We made over $2000 at this dance for the McRae Jaycee Relay For Life Team! This is a record amount that the McRae Jaycees have raised for this event.

Saturday, April 1st-McRae Jaycee Kid and Family Easter Egg Hunt to be held at the home of Michael and Shelly Schlenz at 2 p.m. Each child will find a PRIZE EGG full of goodies. It is a covered “snack” afternoon. Each child is to bring 12 eggs to hide-they can be hard boiled eggs or plastic eggs filled with candy. Face painting, outdoor contests for the kids, and a hayride. We are even working on Peter Cottontail paying us a visit for pictures with the Jaycee Children.
Fifteen McRae Jaycee Children, 10 members, and 3 aged out McRae Jaycee Members had a great day hunting eggs, eating, and having their picture made with the Easter Bunny. A big thank you goes out to The Jaybird Springs Skating Rink for donating a free skating pass and to The Telfair County Bank for donating a free Gold Dollar Coin to each of the 15 prize eggs that were found by the JC kids at the Easter Egg Hunt!

Telfair County High School Honor's Night
*Robbie Marchant won the 22nd Annual McRae Jaycee/Bill McArthur Memorial Scholarship.
*Ms. Sheryl Johnson was named STAR Teacher, and Amber Akins was named STAR Student. The McRae JCs are the STAR Sponsor for Telfair County.

Friday, April 28th-Saturday, April 29th 6 p.m.-6:00 a.m. Telfair County Relay For Life. The McRae Jaycees will have a walking team and a softball team for the
ALL NIGHT Co-Ed Softball Tourney.
The McRae Jaycees were $500 Gold RFL Sponsors, the walking team had a ball, we sold luminaries and lit them during the luminary ceremony, sold necklaces, and played softball until 3 a.m.! Total-the McRae Jaycees raised $2000 for the event!
The McRae Jaycee Softball Team won 3rd Place! We had a ball last night!
